How does the free trial work?

During the 7 day free trial period, we won’t charge you and no credit/ debit card information is required. After your trial end you will be prompted to purchase a plan so you can continue building your skills.

How do the CriticalSkills360 personal plans work?

When you sign up for either the standard plan or premium plan, you’ll immediately have unlimited viewing of hundreds of expertly designed courses and learning paths from our standard library, tools to measure your skills and progress and resources like exercise fils. In addition, when you sign up for the premium plan, you also get access to one certification course of your choice. 

What is the CriticalSkills360 business plan?

Organisations wanting to purchase a plan for 50 or more employees can contact our sales team for a quote. In addition to the team plan features, this plan also comes with other useful features like a custom domain, powerful security features and a dedicated success partner. 

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time and you will continue to get access to the learning material until the end of the current paid subscription period. Otherwise your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel, but why would you want to?

What is the CriticalSkills360 team plan?

CriticalSkills360 has plans for businesses of all sizes from small to large enterprises. An organisation wanting to purchase a plan for more than 5 learners but less than 50 can purchase the team plan. This plan comes with tools to measure skills and track progress as well as easy team management and in-depth reporting. Members of the teams can be project teams or departmental teams etc.

How often do you release new content?

New content is released every fortnight and subscribed learners will receive email notifications of any new releases. This means our library is continually growing. And what’s more, we are also continually reviewing and upgrading existing courses.
